Candle Care & Usage Guide

To get the best performance, safety, and longevity from your Triola candle, follow these simple guidelines.

🔥 Before Lighting

• Trim the wick to 5mm before each use

• Place the candle on a heat-resistant surface or tray

• Keep away from drafts, fans, and open windows

• Ensure the candle is placed on a stable, level surface

🕯️ During Use

• Allow the candle to burn until a full melt pool forms across the surface (usually 2–3 hours)

• Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time

• Keep the flame away from walls, curtains, and flammable objects

• Never leave a burning candle unattended

✨ For Best Performance

• Always keep the wick centered and upright

• If the flame becomes too large, extinguish, trim, and relight

• Avoid frequent short burns — this can cause tunnelling

• Use a candle snuffer to extinguish for a cleaner finish

🧼 Clean & Safe Burning

• Keep wax free from debris (matches, wick trimmings, dust)

• Stop using when 10mm of wax remains at the base

• Do not move the candle while burning or when wax is liquid

Even when unlit, they function as sculptural décor pieces — enhancing your space with form, colour, and balance.
